Behind the name . . .

The Partners of Grineaux Hammersley, Mark Grineaux and Derek Hammersley have extensive finance and business experience.

Mark Grineaux, ICPA, founded the business in 1980 and has been advising clients for nearly 40 years. He is a tax and accounting specialist, priding himself on a wealth of knowledge and experience and providing a personal service second to none.

Derek Hammersley BA FCA, has extensive experience in auditing and finance with major international firms (KPMG and PWC) in Europe, particularly in Germany, covering the U.K., U.S. and German GAAP. He also has broad, direct commercial experience, having served on the boards of large companies in the U.K., Europe and Asia. He is a fluent German speaker and a specialist in shipping, transport and logistic.
