Auditing

Grineaux Hammersley is registered to carry out audit work by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. As registered Auditors we have the experience to audit beneficially and cost effectively.

We believe the auditor must have considerable experience of business and as well as meeting all statutory responsibilities, should use the information gained during the audit as a valuable management tool.

Statutory services

With the growing complexity of modern business regulation, many companies require assistance meeting regulatory obligations. This includes the requirement to keep proper accounting records and making all necessary statutory filings.

Secretarial function

We provide a company secretarial function, including company formation, for United Kingdom and foreign clients in addition to providing all those ongoing services needed to support business.

We provide a wide range of services to our clients ranging from registering for VAT and PAYE to a total outsourcing solution avoiding the need for the client to have an accounts function.

Accounting services and advice

We provide accountancy services to most of our clients either by preparing annual financial statements from books and records or by maintaining the client’s records on our own systems. In the latter case we are able to provide full management information (balance sheets, results statements and cash flows) at agreed intervals tailoring the support to the client’s unique circumstances.

Start-up help

Although most of our clients are developed and established we also provide business advice to start-up businesses in the United Kingdom or to foreign companies starting operations in the United Kingdom or seeking to outsource all or part of their finance function.

The office practice prides itself in the level of IT systems and is now a Sage Partner, able to offer advice, instruction, support and supply of all Sage software accounting systems as well as other Microsoft products.
